Maintenance Programs

Scania vehicles are optimised for transport economy. Regular maintenance of the vehicle is essential in order to maintain good road safety, obtain operational reliability and to avoid unplanned stoppages.

Small maintenance – S: Maximum interval 3 months or 30.000 km from delivery or previous maintenance.

Medium maintenance – M: Maximum interval 6 months or 60.000 km from delivery.

Large maintenance – L: Maximum interval 12 months or 120.000 km from delivery.

Extra maintenance – X: To be carried out between regular maintenances for vehicles in extra tough operations, e.g. heavy loads, soft ground, bad roads or driving trough water.
